If there’s one thing our parents want to ensure us with, it’s definitely quality education. As they say, it is something that cannot be taken from you. Last Saturday, we were beyond privileged to have been invited to ISCAHM Pampanga’s Open House, where we have experienced not only the culinary goodness in the food they served, but also the “feel” of being enrolled in a prestigious school. I’ve long been hearing about ISCAHM and how a pleasure it is to study there and learn about Culinary Arts.

ISCAHM is known for its array of capsule courses, as well as its diploma and intermediate programmes in Culinary Arts, Pastry and Bakery Arts. To give your some info, there will be 2 semesters for both Grade 11 & 12, which will tackle Core Subjects such as Oral Communications, General Mathematics, Personal Development, Physical Education; Applied Track Subjects including English, Practical Research and Entrepreneurship, among others. Since it’s a culinary school, it will provide Specialized Subjects like Cookery NCII, Bread and Pastry Production NCII and Work Immersion. 4.) ISCAHM’s SHS graduates can acquire 2 TESDA NCII certificates. If they want to progress their culinary knowledge even more, they will be privileged with the 8-month shortened diploma course to earn not only an ISCAHM diploma, but also the Australian certificate III, issued by Culinary Solutions Australia, which is recognized by the Australian government and Commonwealth Nations. This would definitely be considered as part of your credentials as a kitchen professional.
