A week ago, PFB had an interview with Clarkisit.com for a feature and collaboration. To emphasize uniformity and unity, we agreed to all come with emerald green (or at least any shade of green) touches on our outfits. Witness unity in diversity!
After our meeting/interview, we were invited to dine at C’Italian Dining. If you hail from Pampanga, it is but normal to hear a lot about the restaurant. It is indeed one of the most famous ones here, offering Italian cuisine, with its quaint interiors and calming ambiance. Even local artists eat there! They’re best known for their Panizza, something that you’d never have to miss out when you eat there.
Let me bomb you with the good food served to us!
For our starter, we had baguette bread dipped in pesto (made up of crushed basil leaves, olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese)
Woodfire Roasted Chicken (organic chicken marinated overnight and cooked in their wood brick oven)
Lamb ribs (marinated in herbs and spices and roasted in perfection)
Spaghetti Aglio Olio (a classic Italian pasta made up of their special extra virgin olive oil and garlic topped with Parmesan cheese and basil)
And the well-known (and most copied dish of theirs, haha, sorry but nothing beats the original from C’!) Panizza. Basically, they are pizza roll ups served with Alfalfa and Arugula. They have different variants of this which they call Panizza Nina (named after our co-blogger Nina), Panizza Jando, Panizza Kristina, Panizza Angelico and. So far, my favorites are the Jando and Kristina. You should try them out!
Lastly, for our dessert, we had Tiramisu cake slice.
With this kind of food, our tummies will always get the satisfaction they deserve!
Thank you so much to Clarkisit.com for the fashion feature and to C’ Italian Dining for the festive dinner! 🙂
